Just Bread

A section just about Bread? No cakes, or pies in a general baking thingy? Nope, this section is just about bread. Bread is probably one of the oldest cooked staples known to man. From early breads made with little more that a paste from crushed corn heads, to the sophisticated and delicious ciabatta, bread has allowed populations to grow beyond what they ever could have done by hunting and foraging.

In my perfect world I would have a wood fired oven and great big mixers to make my bread daily. But I haven't. However, I do have a half useless fan oven and strong paws - so lets get to it!
