Hey, Mr Duck, have I some REALLY bad news for you!

From the search for the most wonderful chicken, to the tenderest duck and the odd goose and turkey thrown in. this is where the traditional birds get their staring moment - even if it only lasts till dinner!

I like this little collection of birds, even though they don;t strickly belong in the same group. But I have collected them here because these are probably the most common birds to grace our tables. Now all we have to do is cook them in the best ways possible. Up for a challenge?
