Cooking great food is one thing, getting it quite another. So, in my normal rather confused way, I am putting together a directory of farmers markets, farm shops, online suppliers, delis, cookshops, in fact anything that can help promote great food and step on the big toes of the over powerful supermarket. So not pulling my punches then.
