When you place a listing on my directory, you agree to these simple terms and conditions:
- The service, website, shop or other organisation being listed must be appropriate to the theme of the Le Sanglier site. Basically that means that it needs to have some obvious relationship to either food or politics.
- The organisation that you are promoting through this listing must not be involved with anything that is deemed to be against the laws of the United Kingdom, nor should it be promoting or endorsing any illegal acts or products.
- Your organisation should not be promoting or endorsing anything that is seen to be racist, anti-Semitic, sexist, ageist or is promoting intollerance to religious or other cultural organisations.
- If a link is supplied to a website, then that website must not carry any links that link directly to any other site that would fall foul of terms 2 and 3
- If you are a political party or organisation, campaign group or NGO, then you must not be promoting any political views that would be described as intolerant or fall foul of terms 2 and 3. Basically, if you are the British National Party, KKK, or a fundamentalist religious group, forget it.
- You understand that your entry will be reviewed before approval and there is no appeal process should your application be rejected.
- If following approval your organisation is found to be in breach of these terms, then your listing will be removed from the directory. There are no refunds.
- If you wish to be listed in more than one category, then there is a small charge of 5 pounds sterling payable for each subsequent category. This is a one off payment and will be for the life of your listing.
- Le Sanglier does not guarentee the continued running of this site in this form or of the directory that this site serves.
- By agreeing to these terms you understand that this is a website run by one individual and my say is final.
Your Privacy
As part of the sign up process we ask for certain information such as Admin contact name and Admin contact email. This information is strictly for administrative purposes only and does not make up part of your public listing. Together with your registration details we will not pass on this information to any other individual or company or organisation.
